Your support helps provide meaningful, high-quality musical experiences for all Cedar Shoals Orchestra students. Donations directly fund instructional materials, enrichment opportunities, guest instructors, equipment, student recognition, and much more.

Suggested Contribution Levels:
General Program Support: $50/Semester
Instrument Rental Contribution: $25/Year
Contributions of any amount are welcome and greatly appreciated!
If you would like to support us in other ways — such as sponsorships, instrument donations, volunteering, or providing food at an orchestra event — please contact Mr. Lopez at lopezl2@clarke.k12.ga.us
Your Donations Help Provide:
Supplemental instruction through workshops, clinics, and fall/spring retreats.
Equipment such as tuners, shoulder rests, rock stops, rosin, cleaning cloths, etc.
Yearly purchase of new music for orchestra and small ensembles, method books.
Guest instructors, performers, or clinicians for sectionals.
Bus transportation on some orchestra field trips (not the spring trip).
Entry fees and recording fees for performance evaluation or other performances.
Student recognition awards - certificates, medals, and orchestra letters.
Food on competition days, after concerts, for workshops and retreats.
Assist with purchases of new instruments and equipment
Instrument and bow repairs and replacement.
How to Pay

Fill out the required fields
Under Payment Code, select C-6 Orchestra.
Under Comment/Note on Payment, specify the purpose of the payment (e.g., “Orchestra T-Shirt”, “All-State Fee”, “Program Donation”, or “Instrument Rental Contribution”).

Check Payments
Students can bring check payments made payable to Cedar Shoals High School Orchestra or CSHS Orchestra. Please include the student’s name and purpose (e.g., Program Support or Instrument Rental) in the memo line.
Receipts will be provided the following school day.

Students can bring cash payments in a sealed envelope labeled with the student’s name and purpose.
